Referral Program

Primus Long Distance offers the number one customer referral program in the country.


What are the terms and conditions for the referral program?

  • New customer must cite name and phone number of referring customer upon sign up (no exceptions).
  • New customer must stay a minimum of three (3) months and both the new customer and the referring customer must be current in their bill payments (no exceptions).
  • Existing customers cannot refer themselves (including service at additional addresses) and household members cannot refer themselves.
  • Offer applies to primary line of service only. One credit per household per valid referral.


What do I get if I refer a friend?

All active Primus Long Distance customers in good payment standing may refer new Primus Long Distance customers and receive a credit of $25 for each new long distance telephone customer who stays a minimum of three (3) months and pays their bill.   The credit will be applied to the referring customers invoice and unused portions of the credit will be carried over to the following months billing statement.   Referral credits are only applied one month at a time.   Referral credits cannot be cashed out at any time.
